MATERIALS
All Strings are built with the industries best materials available, BCY Fibers. All main bowstrings are constructed from 8125 materials with 652x or Halo serving and endserved with either 2S or 3D end serving. The cables are made from 452X materials for strength and durability and are also end served. Our Fastflight 97 strings are made from Dynaflight 97. The Flemish or Dacron strings are made from BCY's newest fiber strand line B-55 a stronger better quality upgrade to their discontinued B-500 Dacron materials.
Chillicothe doesn't short cut the product quality by building a product that doesn't optimize your bows power and speed. Testimonies from our clients confirm that they see anywhere from 3 - 7 FPS increase in their equipment from our strings. Thus, the string name "The AfterBurner Bowstrings."
PRODUCTS
Chillicothe Custom Bowstrings can build strings for all manufactured brand bows and crossbows. We can build standard compound bowstrings and cables along with split yoke cables. This includes the figure 8 and floating yokes for Matthews and Hoyt bows.
We offer Fastflight 97 strings and tear-drop strings for older bow systems that use either Fastflight 97 or Dacron. We also provide top quality strings for FITA and target compound archers alike . All BCY color choices are available upon request. Up to 3 colors per string can be developed.
Recently, requests have been coming from the traditional market and we offer both a single loop and double loop flemish bowstring that is either a single color black or brown or for a slight upcharge can be multi-color.
